Tip 1 Stay away from the roots!
When you are conditioning your hair, don’t apply the conditioner to those roots. In fact focus on the ends of the hair. If you don’t your hair can appear slick and greasy
Tip 2 Don’t Get Scalped
Actually, take care of your scalp with a simple massage while you are in the shower. This gets circulation to the head. A minute or two of this is an excellent way to stimulate hair health.

Tip #3 Cold Water Can Really Help You
A cold burst before you leave the shower can do wonders for your hair. This is true especially after conditioning. Using very hot water during the conditioning phase can rob your scalp of nutrients. A cold burst or cold condition rinse is the solution to prevent that.
On a side note the burst of cold helps the circulation to your head. This brings nutrients. There are also studies showing that cold water showers help metabolism and help protect your body from sickness.
